Mum has always wanted to abseil down a big building, and got excited to hear Headway Essex were fundraising in Southend. As so many people told her she shouldn't do it due to the restrictions of her problematic body I decided to join her!

Headway are a great charity especially for those of us that might fall off a big rock face in the pursuit of happiness.
