Dibbers' All New Giant Cake Raffle in support of Strong Girls Club · 6 May 2018

Naomi House & Jacksplace hospices provide 24 hour care to more than 360 life limited and life threatened children and young adults from across central southern England. We offer respite, community, emergency, end of life and post bereavement care on good days, difficult days and last days.

Story

Give money - win cake - eat cake - feel good about yourself. It's a win/win!

I am getting my baking mitts on to help support some magnicent women who are raising money for Naomi House & Jack's Place.   They include Peta - wife, mother, daughter, sister, and latterly fierce warrior.  Peta, along with  fellow members of the Strong Girls' Club, is running a 5K to fundraise for the extraordinary childrens' hospices, despite the fact that she herself has just completed her sixth month of chemotherapy

I cannot run 5K, I can't afford to give much to the cause on my own - but I can bake like a bloody demon and together we can join forces to provide a stronger donation.

So, here's how it works:

Enter raffle by clicking the donate link and completing details - if you want a chance of winning the huuuuge  home-made cake,  make sure you publish your name!

Minimum bid to enter is just a bargain £1   Of course larger bids all extremely welcome..., every single penny goes direct to Naomi House (details of that amazing organisation below).

The draw for the winner will be made on Sunday, May 6th and winner notified.  The cake shown is chocolate & malted milk (which is freakin' delicious) but you can choose something different if you want

Thank you for taking time to read this and best of luck 🍀
