On 23 May 2010, 7 honed "athletes" from the HSBC Hull and East Yorkshire Commercial Centre will be taking part in the Hull 10k and raising as much money as they can for the Dove House Hospice - a really worthwhile cause and one of our favourite local charities.

 

Training began months ago with brisk walks around the car park followed by powernaps and stretching. Sadly the weather has now improved so we have had to progress to actual running (which has been a shock for some) and we are now hitting the streets of Hessle in a bid to pass the finishing line without any casualties.

 

Quite honestly, some of us are old enough to know better.
