This September I will be heading to Luxor, Egypt for 4 weeks to volunteer as a vet for Animal Care in Egypt, a small charity that provides free veterinary care for thousands of animals each year.

ACE offers free veterinary treatment, routine farriery and dental care as well as free washing areas for the many working horses and donkeys of Luxor. They also provide treatment for dogs, cats, cattle, sheep and camels. In 2017, they helped 34,000 animals in total!

I have paid for my flights to Egypt, and ACE have kindly provided me with free accommodation. I aim to raise a further £500 donation for the charity this summer.

I would love to raise as much money as possible for what I think is such a fantastic charity. Any donations, however small, will be hugely appreciated!
