It is no secret that over 90% of the population has been affected, or know of someone who has been affected by the terrible illness that is cancer. We at IAC would like to do our bit by raising as much money as possible, and as an incentive to donate we will put our bodies through a whole of pain in the process.

15 Employee's from IAC Group will be running 13.1 miles on Sunday 21st October in aid of supporting Cancer Research charity. Months and months of training, dieting and keen dedication will have gone into preparation for this event (or something like that) and everyone is keen to raise as much money as possible for this great cause.

And as if a half marathon wasn't enough a number of these employee's will also be taking part in an 'Adventure Series' mega triathlon which includes a 10Km mountain trail run (with obstacles), a 25Km mountain trail bike ride and a 25Km canoe. These events take anywhere betweeen 3 and 5 hours!! To make it harder you have to stay in your teams the whole way round.
