The Pumping Marvellous Foundation are the UK’s patient-led Heart Failure charity. We help people to live well with Heart Failure by delivering free educational materials to NHS teams across the country, providing a peer-to-peer support group for patients, & by raising awareness on a national level.

Story

Heart Failure is a condition that affects nearly 1 million people in the UK. People who have heart failure not only have to have to manage the physical symptoms but also have to wrestle with the psychological impact of the condition.

The Pumping Marvellous Foundation is the UK's patient driven Heart Failure charity, focused on providing help and support for those having to manage their heart failure along with their carers and families. They give hope to sufferers of heart failure to help improve their quality of life.

As many of you may be aware, a close friend and colleague was recently diagnosed with Heart Failure and has found a great deal of support from family, friends and also the Pumping Marvellous Foundation.

Now it's our turn to show some support. A team of intrepid runners from IKEA Nottingham will be tackling the Robin Hood Half Marathon this September to support this fantastic cause and to thank them for looking after one of our own.

Please give generously – your support will mean the world to the Foundation and also to Katie.

Thank you.
