Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I have received a place in the Virgin London Marathon on 26th April 2015, through the ballot and my race number is : 10941.

I have decided to run for Myeloma Cancer,  a cause which is very close to me, as my Mum (Pauline Catchpool) died of this, on 12th December 2012. Myeloma is a bone marrow cancer. I would like to RAISE MORE MONEY towards all the INVALUABLE RESEARCH WORK that Myeloma UK does. They really are a charity WORTH EVERY PENNY that can be raised.

More information on Myeloma UK can be found at : www.myeloma.org.uk

I have ran the Virgin London Marathon before in 2012 and managed to finish in 03:48:00, which I was very pleased with.

I am a member of Ipswich Jaffa Running Club and train 3 times a week, which I plan to increase to 5 times a week for my Marathon training. I do various races during the year, I have ran 5 mile race in 33:00 mins / 10 K race in 42:42 mins / half marathon in 01:38:00 and 20 mile race in 02:38:00. I would like to thank the Jaffa Coaches for all there help and getting me to the start line.

Thank you very much for sponsoring me and your kind support.
