I have two young children myself and can’t imagine what it must be like when your child has a terminal illness.  I’m sure the help which Kayleigh’s Wee Stars provides to families during the illness will do what it aims which is make the remainder of their life as special a time as possible. 

Running the marathon has been on my “to do” list for a while.  But this year I’ve finally got the finger out and stopped talking the talk and time to run the marathon.  Doing the training has made me realise what a huge commitment and challenge it is.  I have a new found respect for anyone who has done a marathon.  I certainly won’t be doing another any time soon!
