As a trustee at the Archer Project in Sheffield I see first hand the tremendous work that the staff and volunteers do to support homeless and vulnerable people to overcome obstacles and build more resilient, enjoyable and fulfilling lives away from the streets. Despite the tremendous challenges created by the pandemic and a serious arson attack in 2020 the Archer Project remained open and continued to provide the vital services needed by those with whom we work.

As with most charities, finding the resources to pay for this work is a continuing challenge. So I decided to take on a real challenge of my own to raise some money for the Project. Climbing the three highest mountains in Great Britain in less than 24 hours seemed to fit that description. It's a sort of "kill or cure" thing and I hope you feel it's the sort of madcap scheme you want to encourage with your donation. Everything you donate will go to support the Archer's work as I am paying for the challenge myself. So, please, dig deep and help us help people experiencing homelessness so they can build better, more fulfilling lives.
