On the 10th May Neil and I will be taking part in the Excalibur Challenge walking 26.2 miles over Clwydian Range of North Wales, with over 5,500 feet of steep ascent, in aid of Claire House.  Claire House if a charity close to our heart as they have helped our nephew Luke and his family with his heart condition that he has been battling over the last 3 years.  Luke is an inspiration to everyone that knows him and on behalf of him and his family we wanted to give something back to Claire House for all their help.
