I'm doing the London marathon again this year. Last year marked 10years of injury and this year is just to prove last years finish wasn't a fluke.

I'm doing it in aid of the spinal injury association. This charity is of huge benefit to anyone with a spinal cord injury and their family's. It has been for me over the years.
