This weekend - Sunday 16 May – Ian and Lindsay will be pulling on their battered running shoes and attempting to complete the Great Manchester Run, a 10k event round the streets of MCR. Given that most Sundays involve us sitting around the house drinking wine and waiting for the football to start, this is no small task...

We're running (well, that's the aim) to raise money for the Manchester United Foundation, a charity that does brilliant work for children in the local area, as well as partnering with other local charities including Christie's, Rainbow House and the New Children's Hospital Appeal. So all donations would be gratefully received and wonderfully used. 

Oh, and apparently it's live on BBC2 so if you want a laugh, tune in!
