I've visited the Bury Drop in Centre recently to see if I can volunteer in any way. They do an amazing job not only providing food and drink to the homeless of Bury St Edmunds, but so much more support be that a friendly face to talk to, homing and job support and a whole bunch of other stuff  :) 

Being a nearby resident, I'd like to raise a few pennies for nearby folk who could do with a nice warm meal or just a warming smile...
