The Great North Run is a half marathon (13.1 miles / 20Km). I've never been able to work out how anyone has the time to run a full one!

This year I am running in aid of the Macmillan Cancer Support charity. We sadly lost our mother to cancer in July this year after a couple of years battling. Macmillan's help and support was greatly appreciated when we needed it.

So please dig deep and donate now. I've got to run up and down hills for about 1hr 50 mins - all you have to do is type in a few credit card numbers!
