Hello Ian Wakeford's friends and family,

My dearest Daddy passed away in the early hours of 6th July 2022, from early onset Lewy Body Dementia. 

If you have landed on this page, you may already know what a great man Ian Wakeford was. He had the biggest heart and would do almost anything to support those in need.

This is why, in his honour and memory, the Wakeford family have set up this page. Our family hasn't had an easy ride in the last 15 years with illnesses, and its charities such as this one who helped us get through it. 

The Sara Lee Trust are a charity close to Daddy's heart. They have also been so wonderfully supportive to my Mum, Tina, in this most difficult time for her. For that we will be forever grateful.

The Sara Lee Trust supports people who have been diagnosed with cancer or other life-threatening illnesses by providing free counselling, complementary therapies and group activities specifically designed to work alongside medical treatment.
