A few years ago I joined the lycra community and became a MAMIL (middle aged man in lycra). Last year I tackled my first ever Velathon and this year I have set myself a challenge to do two Velathons in three weeks the Welsh 140 KM and London 100 miles.

Any support is welcome in aid of Erme Valley Riding for the Disabled based in Ivybridge, Devon where Cara volunteers.

The RDA invites people of all ages to come to an RDA group, recommended by medical professionals and is great for physiotherapy. Riding with the RDA is also helpful for people with
sensory, physical and learning disabilities.
