Story

Mental Health issues affect millions of people worldwide not just in their professional lives but also in their personal ones. If you think about it for a moment, I’m sure you know someone who is suffering, or has suffered, with mental health issues.

My good tennis friend of ours has asked us to support Robyn Moore who suffers from PTSD but has found that tennis is a release for her. I

In simple terms, TENNIS MAKES HER HAPPY.

As a result, Robyn has joined forces with Danny Sapsford, former GB Davis Cup tennis player, and his charity "Bright Ideas for Tennis” to raise funds to support disability tennis venues and she will be embarking on an incredible campaign called Breakpoint 2019 to raise awareness of mental health awareness together with highlighting how sport can help people manage their condition.

The campaign kicks off this Friday, 22 February when a team of 6 tennis players will be part of a 24 hour tennis marathon at the National Tennis Centre, Roehampton.

The players are Jan Reid, Paul Ibson [Ibbo], Jayne Mosses, Sandra Bohling, Colin Rozario and Robyn.
