Every year a crazy group of us volunteer to get up at 4am on a cold October morning, get kitted out with a 30 llb rucksack and walk 30 kilometres across the wilds of Exmoor to raise much needed funds for the First Light Trust. As you can see from our team name we are not the youngest or the fittest but we're passionate about the cause and we want to make a difference. 

The First Light trust provides support for anyone who has served in the emergency services,  armed forces or their families.
