I'm cycling with 52 other people 80 miles, from Devon coast to coast. Within us will be a variety of people cycling with legs and arms. We want to raise as much money as possible for Back Up trust, a fantstic UK chariety supporting providing support and information for those affected by spinal cord injury, their families and friends.

Please donate! It's an amazing charity and i will undoubtledly have a sore bum by the end of it, but it'll be worth it!!
