In just over a weeks time on Sunday 20th March, I'll be completing a Zip Wire from The Baltic on Gatesheads Quayside over the River Tyne and down onto Newcastle's Quayside in aide of THe Stoke Association.

 

Stroke affects many of us and different stages of our lives from Babies , children and Adults. The effects and be devisating so research, support, treatment and rehabilitation are all key for those struck by sroke.
