In loving memory of Peter Edward Tacey, who sadly passed away in the loving care of Diana Princess of Wales hospital, in the presence of his family, on Friday 14th April 2023. 

Survived by his three children; Lee, Christopher and Kerry, they wish to acknowledge Peter’s gratitude to Alder Hey Children’s Hospital by setting up a charitable donation page whereby people can donate directly to the charity in Peter’s name. 

Peter, born 19th of October 1948, weighed just 1lb at birth and was not expected to survive. He spent most of his childhood in hospital from aged 3 to 16, but despite this - and against all the odds - he lived a full life, and died aged 74. 

Peter was known and loved by many. He was known for his various hobbies including; Snooker, Darts, Dominos, and Quiz nights. 

He had a love for music, and travel; and his favourite trip was his stay in Memphis Tennessee America.

All donations in Peter’s name will be gratefully received by Alder Hey Children’s hospital in recognition for the amazing care they provided him as a child.
