Hello all!

A team from Inside Out Group, based in Nottingham, are 'running' (I use the word loosely) in the 10 kilometre obstacle race around the grounds of Rockingham Castle.

One of our staff team has been fighting with cancer over recent times and has shared with us how supportive the Maggie's Centre in Nottingham has been to her and her family. Maggie's Centres offer practical, emotional and social support to ANYONE affected by cancer and so we would like to take part in this event to raise money and awareness for the kind work they do.
