Story
My hair has been a hugely important part of my life and a massive part of how I, myself and others see me. The thought of losing my hair would devastate me and the fact that young children would have to go through with that breaks my heart. This especially affected me last year when my mum was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. During her treatment she lost her hair and decided to get a wig. Without this, she didn't comfortable to going outside, or meeting family or friends.
At the end of October I will be cutting off 7+ inches (more it grows, the more I'll cut) of my hair and donating to the Little Princess Trust along with the money I raise here, so that there are more opportunities for people (young children especially) to have wig if they choose to and to make aspects of their battle with cancer more bareable.
