Rock n Roll marathon and half a marathon in San Diego · 3 June 2018

We provide powered wheelchairs for youngsters that the NHS cannot or in some case will not supply. We take no expenses and all trustees are volunteers. 100% of donations go to help disabled youngsters.

Story

This year we are running Rock n Roll marathon and half a marathon in San Diego on the 3rd June 2018

Please help us raise £15,000 so we can purchase 2 powered wheelchair for youngsters like Zidan.  He was presented with his powered wheelchair today at Genting Casino Leicester and his delight was infectious.  With his new powered wheelchair he can gain independence which will change his life for the better and his family too.

The running team are self-funded and we hope you can help us reach our target £1 at a time. Share the link with you friends and family. Let's do this together. Let's pay it forward.

Thank you for your support

Irene and Team

About CHIPS:

CHIPS was founded on behalf of the Casino and Gaming Industry, in order to raise funds to purchase specialised powered wheelchairs for youngsters with varying disabilities.

CHIPS provides  wheelchairs for children who would otherwise have no way of getting around on their own. CHIPS funds  the wheelchairs that the NHS cannot or will not provide and that the parents cannot afford to buy.

Thanks to the Casino and Gaming Industry, CHIPS has raised over £2,000,000 and has presented over 500 wheelchairs to youngsters.

There are, however, many more children who need our help.

The CHIPS Charity committee, which is formed from senior members of the Gaming Industry, works for free, no expenses are deducted and every penny raised goes towards providing the quality of life that is the right of every child.
