I loathe running in fact I tend to lumber rather than move like a lithe cheetah but I hate cancer even more , which is why I'm joining #teamgold and running for CCPA in the Stafford 10K. 

Childhood Cancer Parent Alliance is a small charity supporting children from diagnosis through treatment and beyond. Cancer also affects families and so CCPA extends their support to include parents, siblings, grandparents et al.  Small amounts of money spent wisely can make huge differences so even if you can spare just a pound or so , your donation will really help.
