I genuinely believe giving young people a positive sporting experience at school is vital for their physical, mental and social wellbeing and the essential foundation for lifelong fitness.

In 2016 The Royal Latin School in Buckingham launched an ambitious project to provide a new Sports Campus for the pupils.  Sadly, despite being one of the oldest state schools in England, it is one of the worst funded.  £3m is required to complete the project.  The 3G pitch is complete and in use, and the new Sports building is so near to being complete, it just needs the final £100k for equipment.  They really are on the home straight!!!!!

I trained for IronmanUK 2020 but sadly it was postponed.  I've trained again for IronmanUK 2021 and this year it's going to happen on July 4th.  (If Covid does its thing again, I pledge to complete the distance locally on the day!).
