This charity is close to my heart as I've had family members who have suffered the consequences of dementia. I also like reading Sir Terry Pratchett's books and have met him a number of times, which has inspired me to raise awareness of Alzheimer's Uk. How I'm going to do this, is by wearing a dress for my upcoming year 11 school prom.
