Over the summer holidays I was fortunate enough to do work experience with The Rainbow Trust.  During the time I was there I realised what an incredible job the charity does supporting families with children who are terminally ill.  The charity is totally dependent upon donations and the only charity in the country to provide this type of support. Whilst there, I decided that I would personally try to do something to help this very worthwhile organization and accordingly I propose to climb Mount Kilimanjaro to raise money for them. 

I am doing the climb in February with my cousin Ella Mountbatten and we have both committed ourselves to raise a target of £4,000 each. It is now just over two months before I leave and I am well into my training, although unfortunately there is nothing I can do to prepare myself for the possible altitude sickness which I rather dread!

The Rainbow Trust have asked that I submit my full donation by the end of November and I still have a long way to go to reach my target. If you would like to sponsor me and haven't done so already I would be SO grateful. It only takes a few minutes.
