Story
Hi, my name is Isabelle. I am 18 and I have an eating disorder. Some of you may have already been following my day to day struggles via my blog and others may have no idea what’s been going on. Eighteen months ago, I finally admitted to myself, my family and my close friends that I had a problem. I began treatment and the long road to recovery. The last few years have been very hard and I know I have a way to go yet but I want to mark this point in my life with something positive. The timing of this is even more relevant as I will be taking my A-Level exams, leaving school and starting a new life away from home at University. I feel excited and terrified and every other emotion in between, so I thought why not mark the occasion with a Sky dive! When I jump out of the plane on 30th June it will be in recognition of myself and every other person out there with an Eating Disorder. The charity that I am fundraising for is Beat, the UK’s Eating Disorder charity
The service they provide is invaluable and most definitely saves lives. It would mean the world if you would help me reach my £1000 Target.
Thank you.
