Story

Me, Alex and Beau will be cycling the length of Great Britain in September over 2 weeks ( 2nd till 18th September 2022) for charity. We are keen cyclists and we are embarking on the cycling challenge of over a 1000 miles in length.

We feel that MIND is a good charity to support as mental health has been affecting a lot of people during the pandemic. I am a GP working in the Forest of Dean  (Gloucestershire) and we would like to raise awareness of mental health. In my work as GP there has been a rise in mental health and a lot of  people are struggling at the moment. If anyone is struggling with feeling anxious, depressed, hopelessness and worthlessness don't be scared to say  ' I am not ok'  and seek for help.

This ride is to raise awareness and encourage movement as well which is part of improving mental well being. I feel that movement has been helping with my mental well being and fitness. It also helps me interact with nature. All this helps to improve our mental and physical well being.

Please can you help me raise some money for charity.
