I hate running, but I hate cancer more. I will be taking on the British 10K London Run in July with my best friend Jay Stroud. I have four months to prepare, and I have pledged to raise at least £200 for Cancer Research UK. 

Truth be told, I am bloody terrified, but I'm doing this:

a) Because my Grandfather has recently been diagnosed with prostate cancer,

b) Because I want to prove to myself that I can, and

c) Because F U cancer.
