Issy and Millie's Bungee Jump! · 17 November 2019

St Rocco’s Hospice provides specialist care and support across Warrington, helping those who are coping with a life-limiting illness. It costs over £5 million each year to run the hospice – which means we need to raise over £12,000 each and every day just to keep running.

Story

On 17th November, myself and my cousin, Millie, will be bungee jumping off a 160ft high crane. We are doing this to try and give back to St Rocco’s hospice, who have offered us so much support recently. My dad was diagnosed with an incurable, stage 4 brain tumour on Christmas Day 2018, and since then, the palliative support that St. Rocco’s have offered us has been incredible. Whether it be the lovely hospice at home team, or those at the Vitality Centre, their support has made, and will continue to make this horrific time more comfortable for my Dad and my family.

By hopefully raising lots of money for St. Rocco’s, we want to help them to help even more people with a life limiting illness. Although we are incredibly nervous already, nothing is big enough to thank and give back to this charity for the incredible support they offer so many.

Thank you so much in advance for any donations, and we hope to do both my Dad and the hospice proud x
