Hi, I'm doing a sponsored motorcycle ride around 10 countries in Europe in just over a weeks time. It's a personal challenge covering just over 2500 Miles in 5 days, visiting France, Switzerland, Italy, Austria, Slovenia, Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium & Holland before returning home to the UK.

 It will combine my hobby with the chance to raise funds for a local care & nursing  home  close by to me (Lakeview care home) & also for Dementia UK, who do some excellent work supporting those with dementia & those working  with dementia.

My aim is to raise awareness about the condition & to try & give a little something back (my father has vascular dementia with challenging behaviour)
