Creative Age is a wonderful project which is coming to the end of its funding.  In collaboration with Equal Arts the Glass Centre offer creative workshops for people with dementia and their carers.  There is a growing understanding that creativity is intact long after other cognitive functions decline.

The sessions are inclusive, friendly and focus on peoples's imagination and ideas.  They are about what the individual can do now, in a particular moment.  

We have been so inspired by this project, a group of us are fundraising to continue it on a long term basis.
