I am running in aid of HYT as I was lucky enough to see for myself some of the incredible work that it is doing in Uganda. HYT's efforts are making a huge difference to thousands of Ugandan children and helping communities to grow and develop. 

HYT trains young Ugandans in an innovative, carbon-saving building technology, giving them construction skills that improve education, opportunity and livelihoods. It also transforms communities, constructing low-cost school buildings and installing rainwater storage tanks and sanitation facilities.

A small amount of money can go an incredibly long way, and my target of £500 will contribute towards a new rainwater storage tank that will help to provide clean drinking water for an entire school, and will also be available to the wider community.
