Amelia Mae Foundation Cycle #JOGLE · 7 June 2017

The Amelia-Mae foundation was set up when we lost Amelia-Mae to Neuroblastoma at aged 2. We, the volunteers of this charity, fight in Amelia's name to ensure no family goes unsupported throughout and beyond treatment. Please help us to sustain this support

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On 7th June 2017, a team of riders made up of Andy Bowie, Clare Mckimmie, John Murray, Justin Merry, Leigh-paul Martin, Paul Thompson, Jake Clarke, and supported by Andy Donlan, will set out from John O'Groats and over 11 days will cycle 973 miles to Land's End. This will be a physically challenging experience, with daily rides covering between 80 and 130 miles, and I am told there are some big hills in Scotland.

We will update the following page,  https://m.facebook.com/amfjogle/ with updates of the teams progress in their bid to get fit for this challenge in the build up to the ride, plus photo, videos and daily updates from the ride itself.

This is all being done to raise money and awareness for the Amelia-Mae Foundation, which support families affected by Neuroblastoma - an aggressive form of cancer affecting children. you can read more about the amazing work the foundation does at http://www.ameliamaefoundation.co.uk.
