I am doing a sprint triathlon which is a 400m pool swim, a 22km bike ride and a 3k run. I am doing it to encourage me to get a bit fitter and lose a bit of weight but thought I would take the opportunity to raise funds for Harrogate Homeless Project.  

I live in Harrogate which is a lovely but there are some people who are not as lucky as I am and need some help. I have been fortunate enough to never have needed this sort of help and I think it is very important that this charity is available for those that do need the help. I want to share a bit of my good fortune.
