In July, just 27days before our wedding, we will be partaking in the biggest physical challenge to date - an Ironman/women (aka a very long swim, cycle and run).

We will be swimming/cycling/running for Alike, a charity that aims to combat isolation and loneliness to help people live beyond cancer. Alike is a peer to peer platform that enables the opportunity to build friendships and be part of a community that doesn't just support but understands.

In Naomi supporting Alike from the start of their journey, and in us both supporting Mum/Loulou through a long cancer journey, we both truly understand what a difference Alike can make for the individual and their family. The charity is founded by lived experience and I know mum was a strong believer of what a difference Alike could make to anyone living with cancer.
