with a group of friends, we are doing various events throughout the year as a way of motivating ourselves to keep fit and enjoy ourselves.

so this year we have all decided to do the runs for charity, as a way of giving a little back to the world and to increase our motivation to train and push ourselves for each event. my chosen charity for 2015, Action for Children.

so as I say #sharingscaring so why not help others.....get donating folks....im going to be working hard all year for it ;)
