We're raising funds for Barnardo's, so they can support vulnerable children by teaching their parents five key activities that they can do with their child from birth to help them thrive - they are are: Respond, Cuddle, Talk, Play and Relax

They may seem obvious activities, but for some parents, the first years of their child’s life can be a bewildering time. Growing up, they may not have had the experience of being read to or played with by their own parents. They have no experiences of their own to drawn upon.  The work that Barnardo's do ensures that these parents have the right skills to give their children the best start in life and allowing them to thrive.
