In memory of Jacob Johnson
Story
Our family and friends are taking part in the Children’s Cancer Run on the 17th May in memory of our Jacob, who sadly lost his fight to cancer on the 15 February 2014 three weeks after his first birthday at home with his daddy and all our family around him.
Jacob was diagnosed in July 2013 with a very rare aggressive cancer called Rhabdoid Tumor (MRT). Jacob underwent high doses of chemo, operation to remove tumor , more high doses of chemo then radiotherapy.
Jacob was loved by all and always had a smile on his face no matter what.
Our family love and miss Jacob more than words can say, not one day goes by we don't think of him and wish he was with us.
Please help other children have a childhood and help stop families going through the heartbreak of losing a child.
