About a year ago my younger sister was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis, which means that every day she suffers from swelling and pain in many of her joints and tiredness. The drugs she takes have many side affects which have caused her to develop anaemia. 

On July 4th I am going to cycle 100 miles around the very hilly peak district to raise money for the psoriasis association who will be able to use it for innovative and informative research projects that will improve the lives of people living with this disease.
