Story
On Sunday 22nd April, I am running the London Marathon to
raise money for the Pied Piper appeal.
The Pied Piper appeal raises money for sick children across
Gloucestershire. I saw first hand the fantastic work the charity do,
when my son had to stay in hospital for several days due to breathing
problems. The charity provide play rooms for poorly children, and put on entertainment to try and make their time in hospital more comfortable. It is a great opportunity to say a thank you to this charity, and to help them continue doing their great work.
The training has been tough going over the winter months, particularly on those occasions where I've woken up for a training run to find deep snow on the ground outside! Hopefully I've done enough training to make it to the finish line on the big day.
