I am taking part in the sponsored run which raises money for the Ben Johnson Forget Me Not Foundation. The run makes its return after a short hiatus and we want to raise more money than ever

The Foundation was set up by those closest to Ben Johnson, a fit young teenager who tragically died from undiagnosed acute leukaemia back in 2007.

Ben was, and will always remain my closest friend. The charity aims to keep his memory alive whilst raising money for those suffering from the same cancer that stole Ben. 

The annual fun run (approx 12km) is a great event and the money that it raises goes a long way in helping the lives of others so please be kind and give what you can!
