On the 1st August myself and other members of Newcastle University Caving Club will be putting ourselves through 11 miles of mud, fire, water, electrocution and tear gas. Why you might ask, well its all to raise money for CRO (Cave Rescue Organisation) who provide cave and mountain rescue in and around the Three Peaks area for the Yorkshire Dales National Park. CRO is made entirely from volunteers and relies on donations to provide the support so many people need.

This year CRO is celebrating its 80th birthday after being set up in 1935. Please donate and help keep this invaluable service they provide going for another 80 years.
