I completed the Virgin London Marathon on Sunday 22nd April in a time of 04:43:33. 

I'd like to thank everyone who sent me good luck messages - they definatley helped.

The first 12 miles were fine, 12-22 miles was gruelling, the last 4.6 were celebratory.

At the moment we have raised over £1,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support but if you still want to donate you can - of course I am most grateful of this.
