<p style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: x-small;">Hi all,</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: x-small;">Yes, what you have heard is the unfortunate truth – I am running the London Marathon on the 22nd of April.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: x-small;">The training has been total and utter purgatory but I have forced myself to keep going. As you know I don't have the frame of a Kenyan, so as you can imagine it has been pretty challenging on the joints.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: x-small;">However, my 26 miles of misfortune is entirely worthwhile as it will be contributing towards the fortune of others. I am running for a Northamptonshire based Hospice called Cransley. This Hospice has in recent months and years helped two very close family friends when they most needed help. They do fantastic work and it makes me very happy to be able help in my own way.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: x-small;">Thanks for your support.</span></p>
