On 7th June I will be attempting the 2015 Dragon Ride Cycle Sportive at the medium cheese - Medio Fondo. This is a distance of 153km straight over the Welsh mountains in aid of Team MacMillan and their cancer work, which includes helping my father with his mesothelioma.

Comparatively unfit and under prepared, I am looking forward to the 7am start to dance up hills and passes and bloody big mountains with charming names like the Devil's Elbow. So please sponsor me and make all the pain worthwhile. Please and thank you kindly.
