I hate press ups, I hate sit-ups, burpees and running, so what training consists of all these things?
On the 14th of December 2019 I will take on something I never believed I could achieve or have the bottle to do. I will be stepping into the boxing ring to go 3 2 minute rounds with a fellow fighter. For those of you who know me well, you will know my body type is more of a long distance runner then a fighter... but cancer doesn’t decide based on body type or gender if it will give you this horrible life threading disease, so I’m not going to shy away from the challenge either.
To add to the fun I’ve given up alcohol for 9 weeks, including a rugby World Cup final and a 27th birthday so that alone must be worth a few of your hard earned pounds right?
