So after 6 years of living in Newcastle I am to become a proper honorary geordie and compete in the great north run.

I have secured my place and I have decided to do the run for local charity "Newcastle Cat and Dog Shelter". I am aiming to raise £300, any donation is muchly appreciated,  £1 is a tin of dog food.

Newcastle Cat and dog shelter rescue animals throughout the north east to provide shelter and find new homes.

OPERATING IN THE NORTH EAST, THE CRUELTY HOTSPOT OF ENGLAND SINCE 1896. THE CHARITY CARES FOR THOUSANDS OF LOST, UNWANTED, ABANDONED, ABUSED & NEGLECTED ANIMALS EVERY YEAR. WHEN IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO REUNITE ANIMALS WITH THEIR OWNERS, OR THEY ARE UNWANTED THE CHARITY FINDS LOVING NEW HOMES.
